  Recent reports have informed us that London Borough ofTower Hamlets has one of the highest rate of unemployed residents in London and the highest child poverty in UK. These issues has brought LCSI in consultation and collaboration with local residents and stakeholders within various local sectors to develop a Community based Solution based strong participation and collaborations of all level of the community, services providers and authorities.
